Join Chris Brenner, Certified Instructor, on Thursdays for Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® . Tai Ji Quan is a research-based balance training regimen designed for older adults at risk of falling and people with balance disorders.(1)

This class focuses on balance and mobility and includes standing and chair-assisted movements.
